What we collect
- Reseller applications: company name, type of business, contact person, email address, phone number, country, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number, website and any message you send.
- Your account: name, email address, company details, and delivery and billing addresses.
- Orders: the products you order, invoice and payment details, and delivery information.
- Contact: the messages you send us.
- Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies.
Why we use it
- To assess your application and manage your reseller account (performing our agreement and our legitimate interest in selling only to businesses).
- To process and deliver orders, and to invoice them (performing our agreement).
- To keep our financial records (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions, and to keep our website secure and working (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed: with Shopify, which hosts our online store; with payment providers; with carriers that deliver your order; and with our accountant. Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data no longer than necessary. Invoices and related records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Applications that do not lead to an account are deleted within 12 months.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as for logging in and the shopping cart. We only use analytics or marketing cookies if you give permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to transfer it to you or someone else. Email info@prodecocollection.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
